Departing in the late afternoon from Clewiston, this adults-only excursion is timed to start your weekend early, just as the setting sun paints the rural fields and skies in brilliant color.

Step aboard the Lake Placid Limited and experience a full-day journey through the heart of South Central Florida’s sugarcane country. Departing mid-morning from Clewiston, the train is led by a U.S. Sugar diesel to Lake Placid, and historic steam locomotive No. 148 will operate the train on the southbound leg.
